Amendments to the Rules and Regulations enter into force 01/10/2023
EN: We are pleased to announce that as of 10 January 2023, as an additional service, non-IBAN foreign transfers, you will be able to send transfers in all currencies available at Walutomat.pl to even more countries.

A Payment Order to a Country that does not use IBAN can only be submitted in one of the following currencies: |

You can order Payment Orders to accounts held by banks domiciled in one of the countries listed in Appendix 1, namely: |

Due to the development of the additional non-IBAN transfer service and the provision of new functionalities, as well as the need to clarify some provisions, a new version of the Rules and Regulations for additional non-IBAN foreign transfers at Walutomat.pl will come into force on 10 January 2023.
The provisions concerning the following matters are also updated in the Rules and Regulations:
- the execution time of Payment Orders for non-IBAN foreign transfers,
- types of transfers you will be able to order non-IBAN foreign transfers – an additional, cheaper SHA transfer option has been added.
Moreover, we would like to inform you that apart from introducing the new options, we haven’t introduced any other changes in our current services or in the fees.

All changes were made on the basis of the Additional Rules and Regulations for non-IBAN foreign transfers currently in force (§ 4 Sec. 1).
Until 09 January 2023, you can decide whether you want to continue using our services on conditions proposed in the new Rules and Regulations.
If you don’t terminate the agreement until that time or don’t express explicit opposition to this change, which will result in the expiration of the agreement on the day the proposed changes will enter into force, you will remain a User on conditions described in the new Additional Rules and Regulations for non-IBAN foreign transfers.
