What is the withdrawal processing time to China and other non-IBAN countries?

A transfer ordered by 12:00 on a working day will be sent by us the following business day morning and should be credited to the recipient on that day. The processing time for a transfer ordered after 12:00 will be extended by one business day. For example: a transfer ordered on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. should be credited to the recipient on Wednesday, while a transfer ordered on Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. will be credited to the recipient on Thursday. We will begin processing transfers ordered over the weekend on the next business day. Sending transfers to certain countries requires us to carry out additional verification, hence the extended processing time.

By non-IBAN countries we mean:  Australia, China, including Hong Kong and Macau, Japan, Canada, South Korea, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan. 

• How much is the bank commission when ordering a withdrawal to China and other non-IBAN countries?

The bank commission for making withdrawals to China and other non-IBAN countries (Australia, China including Hong Kong and Macau, Japan, Canada, South Korea, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan) is PLN 100. The cost is converted into the currency to be withdrawn (USD or EUR) and is deducted from the funds to be withdrawn.
